The Federal Public Ministry (MPF) indicted former state deputy Thiego Raimundo de Oliveira Santos, known as TH Joias, accusing him of directly participating in the drug trade. The indictment claims he did not merely maintain relationships with members of the Comando Vermelho but actively engaged in drug sales, brokering deals and controlling payments.
Among the evidence gathered by the MPF, a billing spreadsheet called "Pó amigo TH" stands out, along with images of a room full of drug bags and a message sent with the photos stating "there are 200kg." The agency claims that TH Joias stored this amount of drugs in a warehouse.
The accusation details that the former deputy controlled cocaine sales payments, functioning as an operator in the trafficking scheme. The evidence collected supports the theory that he had direct and active participation in the illegal drug trade structure.
