Mexican forensic authorities authorized the burial of 117 bodies that remained unidentified or unclaimed. The mass burial took place in the city of Ciudad Juárez, located on Mexico's northern border with the United States.
With these 117 bodies, the total number of people buried without identification rises to 560 during the term of the current state government of Chihuahua, in northern Mexico.
