Among the habits that most caught the public's attention is storing her own menstrual blood for use in skin care. The practice, however, has no dermatological benefits proven by specialists.
According to the model, the change began after she started paying closer attention to the products she used daily. From this awareness, she decided to remove conventional cosmetics from her routine and seek other possibilities. She claims to spend less than R$100 per month on natural items.
Mel Breia intends to participate in the Miss Bumbum Brasil 2026 final, competing for the title that highlights the beauty and physical attributes of the contestants.
