The Municipality of Arronches awarded the rehabilitation contract for two properties located on Rua do Assumar, in the parish of Assunção, in the historic center of the town. The works will allow the recovery of two dwellings in that area of the town.

The historic zone of Arronches has been becoming increasingly lively, with a growing number of families choosing to reside in the central area of the town. This trend results from a recovery effort of properties that has been developed by the Municipality.

The municipal Executive has been developing continuous work on property recovery in the historic zone, which has contributed to the improvement of conditions in that area. Joining this municipal effort are also investments from local entrepreneurs who have followed the same orientation of revitalizing the historic center.
