The company claims that the current situation is due to FlixBus's own responsibility, as it still does not have buses transporting passengers at that location.
The dispute arises around access to one of Lisbon's main transport terminals, where both companies intend to operate. This conflict has been dragging on, generating tension between the two transport companies.
