Thomas Christiansen will continue as Panama's coach. The manager of Danish origin, born in Palma de Mallorca, will serve another term leading the Panamanian national team.
The main objective of Christiansen's continuation is to ensure that Panama participates in the 2030 World Cup. The football federation of the Central American country believes the coach can lead the team to the biggest football competition at the national team level.
Christiansen has been leading Panama since 2023. Under his command, the Panamanian national team has been working towards qualification for the 2030 World Cup, which will be jointly organized by Spain, Portugal, and Morocco.
