The Republican National Guard (GNR) launched the "Safe School" campaign for the 2026/2027 school year this Friday, coinciding with the return to classes. The operation aims to reinforce warnings directed at students and parents about various risks affecting young people.
Among the main topics addressed by the GNR are bullying, cyberbullying, online safety, dating violence and self-protection behaviors. Young people are advised to report bullying situations and to adopt safe behaviors.
The campaign also provides specific advice to parents and guardians, namely the need to monitor their children's digital activity. This guidance comes in the context of increasing online threats affecting students.
The GNR thus took advantage of the beginning of the school year for awareness and prevention efforts, in an effort to ensure a safe environment for students during the academic period.
