The Olga Cadaval Cultural Center, in Sintra, hosts on September 17, at 9:00 PM, the concert "A Viola Beiroa – Tradition and Identity of Beira Baixa", presented by the Violas EnCantadas project.
The show is integrated into the tour of the book/disc dedicated to Beira Baixa culture and revisits the music, word and memory of the region, with the Viola Beiroa as protagonist, one of the oldest Portuguese string instruments.
The project is composed of José Barros, Ricardo Fonseca and Fernando Deghi, who present a musical journey through the identity and tradition of Beira Baixa.
