The whistles directed at Vinicius Junior during the match against Inter Milan, in the Champions League, set off an alarm at Real Madrid. Part of the fans present at the Santiago Bernabéu followed practically all plays involving the Brazilian with complaints, even before the plays were completed.
Despite the pressure exerted by part of the fans, coach José Mourinho does not intend to remove Vinicius from the team. The coach is preparing the number 7 to start as a starter against Rayo Vallecano, this Saturday, in the Spanish League.
According to the Spanish newspaper As, the message transmitted internally by Mourinho is direct: against Rayo, they will play Vinicius and ten more. The coach does not want criticism from the stands to interfere with his sporting decisions and considers the forward a key part of his project.
