The French oil company TotalEnergies will invest 10 billion euros in Angola over the next five years. The commitment was reaffirmed during the "Angola Oil & Gas" conference held in Luanda.
The announcement was made by Patrick Pouyanné, CEO of TotalEnergies, during the event dedicated to Angola's oil sector. The conference served as a platform for the company to reaffirm its presence and investment in the country.
In addition to the massive investment, the CEO also announced a pioneering artificial intelligence project in the Angolan market. This project represents an innovation in the country's energy sector.
The 10 billion euro investment represents one of the largest foreign investment commitments in Angola's oil sector, reinforcing the importance of Angola as a strategic partner for TotalEnergies.
