Within the scope of the celebrations of World Heart Day, the Municipality of Sousel is organizing an event called "Saúde em Movimento", aimed at the entire population. The event aims to promote health, well-being and physical activity among the residents of the region. The initiative hopes to bring together a large number of participants for a morning dedicated to the prevention and awareness of cardiovascular diseases. The planned activities include a walk, health screenings, gymnastics sessions and other moments of health promotion. The event is scheduled for September 27th, the date on which the worldwide efforts to raise awareness about heart health are commemorated.
