The president of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), Edson Fachin, delivered this Thursday to the ministers' offices the full case file that brings together the Federal Police report with mentions of Minister Alexandre de Moraes, whose secrecy was lifted by decision of Minister André Mendonça. The petition will be analyzed by the plenary in the extraordinary session scheduled for next Tuesday, the 15th.
The process brings together the Federal Police report with messages attributed to banker Daniel Vorcaro that reference Minister Alexandre de Moraes and is at the center of the internal crisis that hit the Court in recent weeks.
The full availability of the case file allows ministers and their teams to access the material before the trial. The session was convened by the STF president, Edson Fachin, who decided to bring the case directly to the plenary amid a series of measures to reorganize the conduct of procedures related to the crisis. Fachin also ordered the suspension of procedures related to the case.
