A hit-and-run occurred this Thursday on Frei Manuel Santos street in Ourentã, in the municipality of Cantanhede, causing a serious injury. The victim is a 79-year-old man.
Following the accident, the road was closed to traffic. Emergency services are on the scene to provide assistance to the victim.
The Coimbra Region Sub-Regional Command for Emergency and Civil Protection has been mobilized to the incident, coordinating operations at the scene.
