The Investigating Judge 3 of the Instance Court of Ayamonte (Huelva) ordered provisional, communicated and bail-free pre-trial detention for the three men detained last Monday as the presumed authors of the shooting in Isla Cristina, in which three people died, including a pregnant woman, and two others were injured.
The three detainees face charges of three counts of murder, one count of intentional injury to the fetus resulting in death, one count of membership of a criminal organization, one count of injury and one count of attempted homicide.
The incident occurred as a result of a settling of scores between clans, according to the investigation. The authorities continue to analyze the detailed circumstances of what happened.
