A three-year-old baby was the victim of sexual abuse perpetrated by his own uncle, a 12-year-old minor. The case became public through a complaint filed with the competent authorities.

The child was initially taken by the family to a local hospital, where she received the appropriate medical and psychological care after the incident.

Authorities initiated an investigation into the case, which involves minors both as victim and aggressor. The 12-year-old minor was identified as the perpetrator of the crime against the baby.
