Portugal suffered its second elimination at the ISA Junior World Championship. Francisco Santos was eliminated from the Under-16 male category, failing to advance to the next round of the competition.
This was the second elimination for the Portuguese team at the championship, after another athlete had already been eliminated earlier. The surfer failed to achieve the necessary results to secure a spot in the competition.
The ISA Junior World Championship brings together the best young surfers in the world, and Portugal was aiming for good results in this edition of the event.
