The program offers three major areas of operation: Engineering and Industrial Areas, Commercial and Administrative Areas, and Business and Technology.
Students in higher education with graduation expected between March 2028 and December 2029 may apply. One of the highlights of this edition is that 170 of the 210 vacancies are reserved for Engineering students, reflecting the high demand for professionals in the field in the industry.
The Global Director of People and Social Responsibility at Gerdau, Flávia Nardon, highlighted that the company recognizes the challenge of the scarcity of engineering professionals in the market and works in a structured way to attract and train a new generation of talent. The program offers benefits such as a scholarship allowance and chartered transportation.
