A prior study was approved for the requalification of Escola Básica Padre Franklin. This intervention comes within the scope of a broader plan for the modernization of the municipality's school infrastructure.

The local council revealed that interventions will also be carried out at Escola Secundária José Loureiro Botas and Escola Secundária Pinhal do Rei. These works aim to improve the physical conditions of these educational establishments.

The three educational establishments are part of a set of schools that will be requalified by the council, which intends to invest in improving the educational infrastructure of the territory.
