Starting next week, schools will be able to proceed with the placement of teachers on a daily basis, instead of the previous system that operated with longer periods. This change was announced by the Minister of Education at the end of the Council of Ministers meeting.
The new system allows schools to make teacher placements according to their immediate needs, providing greater flexibility in human resources management.
The measure aims to respond more quickly to needs that arise throughout the school year, allowing for faster correction of teacher shortages than in the previous model.
