Andrei hired a private lawyer to request return to the PF leadership position from Dino

Andrei Rodrigues, director-general of the Federal Police, hired a private lawyer to file an action with the minister of the Supreme Federal Court (STF) Flávio Dino. The objective of the private defense was to regain the position of chief of the Federal Police. According to allies of the delegate, the request was formulated by the defense and presented directly to the magistrate.
