Senator Flavio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ), the PL's presidential candidate, classified as "a stroke of the pen against the Constitution" the decision by Minister Flavio Dino of the Supreme Federal Court (STF) that determined the reintegration of Andrei Rodrigues to the position of Director-General of the Federal Police. The statement was made during a campaign event in Juiz de Fora (MG), where the senator is participating in a motorbike caravan on this Wednesday.
Flavio Bolsonaro asked that the president of the STF, Minister Edson Fachin, make some decision today about the case, starting by suspending Dino's decision and immediately calling a plenary session to decide on the matters involving the leadership of the PF.
The campaign event continued to the location where former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL), Flavio's father, was stabbed during the 2018 electoral campaign. During the event, the Senate candidate made accusations against Lula's former Justice Minister and his own lawyer, saying they are "staging a farce against Bolsonaro" and promoting "all this chaos" with the decision about the leadership of the Federal Police.
