Lina Pereira, president of JPP, concluded the parliamentary sessions dedicated to the ferry and territorial continuity with criticism of the Government. The official accused the executive of not prioritizing the maritime connection between Madeira and the mainland. During the event, Pereira defended that the connection should be analyzed as a matter of public service and collective interest, and not just according to commercial profitability criteria. The president of JPP promised to keep up pressure on this issue.
