CPR Group developed Fazenda do Lago, a private district located on the banks of Lake Corumbá IV in Abadiânia (GO), 1h10 from Brasília via fully paved access on BR-060, positioning the address within the weekend escape radius of both the federal capital and Goiânia. The project occupies 3 million square meters with 470 lots distributed across 33 blocks in the first phase.
The ensemble is organized into four independently operated clubs totaling 19 amenities: Surf Club, SPA, Marina, and Golf Course. The group classifies the development as the country's first wellness district, focusing on retaining residents through routine rather than just impressing visitors.
The main attraction is the Surf Club, which houses Brazil's largest wave pool, with programmed waves available year-round for more than a thousand people. The project model was built on the premise that amenities should generate a habit of staying on weekends.
