SailGP has transformed high-performance sailing into a spectacle where speed, technology, data and sustainability play a role as relevant as the sailors' talent. In Valencia, Los Gallos and Denza were the great protagonists by making technology and innovation the central elements of the competition.
The competition, which began its first season in 2019, faces in 2026 its sixth season with thirteen national teams. The international calendar includes some of the world's major coastal cities, making the event a global reference in nautical sports.
Valencia joined this year as the only Spanish venue on the circuit, offering a race course especially close to the public. This proximity allows spectators a unique experience to closely follow the action and the technological innovation that characterizes SailGP.
