The National Association of Patients of the Health System (ANPASS) identified the hospitals in the Community of Madrid with the best patient experience. The assessment was carried out by crossing the valuation of the citizens themselves with the official satisfaction indicators and complaints of the Madrid Health Service.
Among the hospitals analyzed, the Jiménez Díaz Foundation leads the patient experience ranking. The study took into consideration multiple factors related to the users' perception of the services provided.
The methodology used by ANPASS combined objective data from the Madrid Health Service with the direct opinion of patients, allowing a comprehensive analysis of the perceived care quality in the region's hospitals.
