Passengers in Rio de Janeiro frequently forget objects in Uber cars, such as cell phones, keys, wallets, and glasses. The platform conducted a survey about items left in vehicles and revealed curious cases recorded in the last year.
Among the most unusual forgotten objects are a carton with 60 eggs, three watermelons, a 50-liter keg of draft beer, and the lower part of a set of dentures. The list also includes a rooster's foot that belonged to a passenger's grandmother, two berimbaus, and karate trophies and "beach king" trophies.
The survey shows that the size or sentimental value of an item does not prevent it from being left on the back seat of the vehicle. Uber also provides a step-by-step guide so passengers can try to recover forgotten objects after a trip.
