A research project is studying the problems associated with the use of artificial intelligence in people management. The study focuses particularly on gender indicators, diversity, equity and inclusion in technology companies.
The project brings together 109 researchers and institutional representatives from various countries. These participants come from 10 countries distributed across Europe and Latin America, thus forming an international research network on the topic.
The main focus of the research centers on gender, diversity, equity and inclusion issues in the context of technology companies. This suggests a concern with the potential biases and discriminations that AI systems may perpetuate in these areas within the technology sector.
