Former President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva fulfilled an agenda in Teresina this Wednesday, the 9th. The visit had as its main focus the Light Rail Vehicle (VLT) of the capital of Piauí and a campaign event.

Among the main commitments was a visit to the modernization works of the VLT of Teresina. The project to modernize the rail-based transportation system is one of the priorities of the local administration.
