EPTOLIVA opens new space in the center of Tábua and reinforces educational and social response

Campeão das Províncias8 September 2026 at 12:30

EPTOLIVA inaugurated new facilities in the center of the town of Tábua, on Avenida Comendador Costa Carvalho, opposite the local Cultural Center. The new space now brings together the activities of the Qualifica Center, the CLDS 5G – Tábua + Inclusiva project and other socio-educational initiatives, allowing for improved working conditions for the teams and ensuring more personalized service to trainees and participants.

The symbolic opening coincided with the delivery of Recognition, Validation and Certification of Competencies (RVCC) diplomas to trainees from the Qualifica Center. The president of ADEPTOLIVA, Daniel Dinis Costa, recalled that the creation of the Qualifica Center resulted from a challenge launched by the local authority of Tábua and that more than 650 people have already passed through its different responses, which include teaching Portuguese as a Language of Welcome for the migrant population and worker requalification.

The Municipality of Tábua was represented by councilors Susana Mendes and David Pinto. Susana Mendes highlighted the importance of vocational education and competency certification as instruments for creating opportunities, expressing the municipality's recognition of EPTOLIVA's work and guaranteeing the continuation of the partnership. David Pinto praised the dedication of the trainees and considered that the new facilities allow for reinforcing educational and social intervention in the municipality.

The ceremony included testimonies from two trainees, who described how the certification process helped increase self-esteem, improve prospects for career advancement and awaken the desire to continue their studies.
