A company from Spain and two men were made defendants for aiding illegal immigration in Elvas. The Public Prosecutor's Office is responsible for investigating this case.
The suspects are accused of exploiting and helping workers from countries such as Algeria and Morocco enter Portugal. The illegal activities reportedly took place in the area of Elvas, in the district of Portalegre.
