ANAFRE – the National Association of Parishes – and the Order of Certified Accountants (OAC) are jointly organizing a conference dedicated to the financial and administrative challenges faced by parishes in Portugal. The event, titled "Parishes in Focus", is scheduled for September 15 and will take place in the city of Porto.
The initiative aims to deepen knowledge about the financial and administrative matters that directly affect the functioning of parishes. It also intends to provide practical support for parish bodies in meeting their legal and regulatory obligations.
This partnership between the two entities brings together specialists in accounting and local administration, allowing for an integrated approach to the problems faced by parishes.
