Apple holds tomorrow (Wednesday) its traditional new product launch event, which will have special significance as it marks the company's first presentation under the command of John Ternus, who officially assumed the CEO position on September 1st, replacing Tim Cook. Ternus, who commanded the hardware engineering area, will take the stage to present the new generation of iPhone.
The event is scheduled for 2 PM in Brasília time and will be held at the Steve Jobs Theater, inside Apple Park, in Cupertino, California. According to Bloomberg, the expectation is that the company will present the iPhone 18 Pro, the iPhone 18 Pro Max and, for the first time, a foldable iPhone. Apple has not confirmed which products will be announced.
The presentation should also mark an important change in the company's strategy, with the novelty of the M6 chip with unprecedented technology for artificial intelligence. The event promises to be a milestone in Apple's leadership transition and in the company's positioning in the foldable device market.
