The Assembly of the Republic debated and voted this Tuesday on the motion of censure presented by Chega against the Government. The motion focuses on the maintenance in the executive of the Minister of Internal Administration, Luís Neves, who has been the target of criticism by the party.
The rejection of the motion of censure is guaranteed, since the PS, the party that supports the PS minority Government, has already announced that it will abstain, thus avoiding a defeat that could have serious political consequences for the executive.
