The Hollywood star Angelina Jolie made a surprise visit to a boxing club in the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, which has been targeted by bombings, accompanied by her son Knox. The visit was confirmed by the Ukrainian Boxing Federation and by the club owner, Pavlo Chyshko.
This was Angelina Jolie's most recent trip to the country since the start of the Russian large-scale invasion in February 2022. The actress and humanitarian activist had already visited Ukraine twice before: that same year, she traveled to Lviv to meet with displaced residents and children injured in a missile attack on the Kramatorsk railway station, and in November 2025 she visited the southern regions of Kherson and Mykolaiv.
During the visit to the Spadkoyemets club, Knox did a muay thai workout at the venue.
