Almost ten years after starring in one of the most memorable performances at Rock in Rio 2017, Pabllo Vittar returned to the festival as a headliner at the Itaú Pavilion on the third day of the event. In 2017, the singer, songwriter, and drag queen performed an unannounced show in the same space, which, even outside the main stages, attracted a massive crowd and became one of the most remembered moments of that edition. At the time, the number of people gathered was so great that the sound became a problem for part of the audience, with requests to increase the volume.

This time, Pabllo performed right after Calvin Harris's show on the World Stage. The artist brought to the stage hits like "Bandida," "K.O.," "Amor de Que," "Opinião," and "Sua Cara," as well as "Body Type," a track from their upcoming album "Lost in Lust," which still does not have a confirmed release date.

During the performance, Pabllo Vittar spoke about their friendship with Madonna, affectionately referring to the American pop star as "My mother, right." The relationship between the two artists has been publicly discussed in recent years, with Madonna frequently showing support for Pabllo's work.
