Shareholder transfers its 81.23% position in Flexdeal to the new "Destaque Delirante"

The reference shareholder of Flexdeal – SIMFE, Flexdeal Participações, transferred the entirety of its qualified holding of 81.23% in the company's share capital to the company "Destaque Delirante". The operation was communicated to the market through an official press release.

Destaque Delirante was specifically incorporated for the purposes of this transfer and is 100% held by Flexdeal Participações. The operation is part of a corporate reorganization process of the group's structure.

With this restructuring, Flexdeal Participações maintains, indirectly, control of the same percentage of 81.23% of Flexdeal – SIMFE's capital. The company clarified that there was no change in the effective ownership of assets nor in the corresponding percentage of voting rights.
