Carris to acquire 29 more electric buses budgeted at 17.05 million

Carris will receive 29 more electric buses in an investment budgeted at 17.05 million euros. This acquisition represents a significant step in the modernisation of the public transport company's fleet.

Rui Lopo stated that Carris currently has 103 electric buses in operation. With the entry into service of the 29 new vehicles, more than 50% of the kilometres travelled by the company will be covered by non-diesel vehicles.
