Ex-Lusitania Fernando Dias Nogueira sues Fidelidade e Tranquilidade

Fernando Dias Nogueira, former president of ASF (formerly called ISP) and later of insurer Lusitania, filed a lawsuit against insurance companies Fidelidade and Tranquilidade. The proceedings aim to hold the two companies accountable that entered into settlements in the case known as the Insurance Cartel.
