REGION: Linha da Beira Baixa reopens on September 20 after investment of 3.4 ME

Circulation on the Linha da Beira Baixa will resume on September 20, with the reopening of the section between Mouriscas-A and Ródão, which was damaged due to storm Kristin. The investment for the repair of the section amounted to 3.4 million euros.

Infraestruturas de Portugal announced that the reopening will allow CP – Comboios de Portugal to restore Regional and Intercidades services on that railway line.
