One of the most famous beach bars in Formentera, Beso Beach, initiated legal actions against Bocana, an establishment located on Gurugú beach in Castellón, for using a large letter 'B' installed on the ceiling of the Castellon business. The legal action surprised those responsible for the establishment in Castellón, who assure they never intended to imitate the Balearic brand. According to them, they didn't even know that a letter of the alphabet could be the subject of this type of dispute.
