The State Budget for the Ministry of Internal Administration underwent significant changes this year. Normally, this Ministry enters the Budget through expenditure, but this time it entered through the formation of the governmental majority.

The one responsible for these changes is Luís Neves, who confused the approval process of the budgetary proposal before it even reached Parliament.

The central question concerns the uncertainty about who approves the Budget and what the real cost of the changes introduced by the Ministry of Internal Administration is.
