J Rey Soul, the singer who replaced Fergie in the vocals of Black Eyed Peas since 2018, is in Brazil to perform at Rock in Rio this Sunday. The artist shared moments from her trip on social media, where she spoke in Portuguese with her followers.
In a post on Instagram, she humorously complained about touring alongside the men in the group. "Touring with 20 men means talking about LeBron James and Michael Jordan. Meanwhile, I just wanted to talk about a new peptide I found," she wrote, laughing at the joke.
The artist also showed the rainy landscape of Rio de Janeiro, took photos with fans, and shared a selfie with the caption in Portuguese "Everything's fine." The content was posted to the sound of "Mas que nada," by Black Eyed Peas with Sergio Mendes.
The group Black Eyed Peas is the second-to-last to perform on the Palco Mundo stage at Rock in Rio this Sunday, demonstrating that J Rey Soul is already fully integrated into the American band.
