FestiBrava was once again held on the seafront of Ribeira Brava, in Madeira, in an edition that was considered another success. The event once again stood out for its strong local dynamism and established itself as a central moment of celebration of the region's popular culture.
Jorge Santos, the mayor of Ribeira Brava, attended the event and highlighted the importance of folklore for the community. The mayor stated that folklore carries with it fundamental values of unity, respect for origins and intergenerational transmission of cultural heritage.
FestiBrava thus continues to establish itself as an event that promotes and preserves local cultural traditions, bringing the community together around the appreciation of its roots and traditional cultural manifestations.
