Vila Real and Régua drew 2-2 in the match that opened the Division of Honour championship of the Vila Real Football Association. The encounter took place at the Monte da Forca Sports Complex and featured strong public attendance.
The game was very balanced and exciting, with both teams demonstrating intensity throughout the 90 minutes. Although Régua started the match stronger, it was Vila Real who managed to score first, going to half-time with a narrow lead.
