A 24-year-old man was arrested today in Mafra on suspicion of having killed his 73-year-old grandmother. The alert for this situation was registered at 6:30 in the morning.

Authorities were activated following the discovery of the elderly woman's body. The suspect, who is the victim's grandson, was identified and arrested at the scene.

Authorities did not reveal further details about the circumstances of the crime or the method used. The investigation is being carried out by the competent police authorities.
