Jamie Vardy, the 37-year-old English striker, has signed for Burnley, a team that plays in the Championship, the English second division.
The player, who was without a club since leaving Leicester City at the end of last season after 13 seasons, will now represent the Clarets' new project.
Burnley was recently purchased by American group ALK Capital and has former Newcastle player Sean Dyche as manager.
This signing represents one of the most notable moves in the Championship this transfer window, with Vardy looking to help Burnley achieve a return to the Premier League.
