Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff, envoys of United States President Donald Trump, traveled to Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine. The two arrived in the city by train, having been received by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

The visit of the American representatives occurred after a prior meeting they had with Russian President Vladimir Putin. This trip comes within the scope of diplomatic efforts to try to reach a peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine.
