Coach Pedro Emanuel spoke about Vasco's frustration after the defeat in the derby against Fluminense, valid for the 26th round of the Brazilian Championship. The team remains in 17th position in the table, with 25 points, still in the relegation zone of the competition.

The coach acknowledged that it is a difficult night for everyone involved in the club. According to him, the defeat affects not only the players, but also the technical staff, the club's structure, and especially the fans, who came in large numbers to the stadium.

Pedro Emanuel stated that the Brasileirão is a competition to which Vasco gives great importance, and that the result directly impacts the confidence that the club intends to build. Despite this, the coach defended the need to continue working and keep their heads up.

Vasco was coming from a positive phase with three consecutive wins and classifications in continental and national tournaments, but couldn't get out of the relegation zone in the Brasileirão. The coach highlighted that the presence of the fans is a comfort to continue working and believing in the team's recovery.
