GOUVEIA: Cativelos Hosts Grape Harvest and Sardine Festival

The locality of Cativelos is preparing to celebrate another edition of the Grape Harvest and Sardine Festival, scheduled for September 20th, starting at 3:00 PM, at Largo da Ribeira.

The event is integrated into the celebrations of the Centenary of the Centro Recreativo Cativelense, thus combining the tradition of the grape harvest with the special celebrations of the centenary of this local institution.

The festival promises an afternoon of fellowship and entertainment for all participants, combining local traditions of the grape harvest with gastronomy based on sardine.

Largo da Ribeira will be the chosen setting to host this celebration that aims to preserve and value the traditions of the community of Cativelos.
