Another illegal occupation attempt was thwarted in Castelló thanks to the action of the Local Police. The agents went to Hermanos Vilafañe street after receiving a quick alert from the neighbors in the area, who actively collaborated in resolving the case.

The incident adds to other illegal occupation attempts of homes in the city, all of them thwarted by the intervention of authorities. Citizen collaboration was again decisive in detecting and preventing this type of occupations.

The city of Castelló has nine streets that are considered preferred by illegal occupants, according to data on this phenomenon in the region.
